One of my goals for 2024 is to feed my family more wholesome nutrient dense food. Success for me in this area, is all about planning ahead. So every weekend, I plan to create a weekly menu plan first, create list for the grocery store, and prep a couple of good breakfast, snack and lunch recipes too.
