Peach season is here in full force! I have been canning up a storm the last couple of days, and now I have rows of beautiful bottled peaches stacked neatly in the pantry. We've been eating fresh peaches on everything from cereal to ice cream, and peach salsa has become a staple lately. Now I am ready to do some peach baking. I am envisioning peach pies, peach cobblers, crostadas, and muffins!
