My boys (and husband) are all BIG time fans of a classic cheeseburgers, and none of them get very excited about salads usually…but this cheeseburger salad with honey mustard dressing just might be their favorite salad ever! This salad is simply a lighter less heavy way to enjoy the wonderful flavors that you crave in a burger.
I have found this cheeseburger salad with honey mustard dressing recipe to be perfect for meal prep! I like to portion it all out into individual servings for lunches. Delish!! I have been doing macro counting lately and this is perfect for when I am trying to have a low carb day.
Of course you can use ranch dressing if you prefer. Some of my boys opted for my Buttermilk ranch dressing drizzled on top instead of the honey mustard dressing. I like it both ways! Also we always use pickled red onions instead of fresh. They are so easy to make and seriously delicious. I always have a jar of them in my fridge to add to salads, tacos, sandwiches etc. I hope you enjoy this fun Cheese Burger Salad as much as we do!
