
Hello friends! I thought these Sprinkles Chocolate Chip Cookies were the perfect treat to share with St Patricks Day coming up! These cookies are so delicious and so cute! You know how much I love to celebrate holidays. I feel like any reason to have fun and celebrate with your family and friends is worth the effort. It creates happy memories together and just makes life more fun, in my opinion!

When my boys were little I loved to surprise them at breakfast and lunch with green or rainbow foods on St Patricks. These cookies would definitely fit the bill! They are so fun with all the rainbow sprinkles mixed in.

Ingredients Needed
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla Extract
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Cream of Tarter
- Salt
- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- White Chocolate Chips
- Rainbow Sprinkles

Sprinkles Chocolate Chip Cookies
Description
Rainbow Sprinkles Chocolate Chip Cookies are not only delicious but super cute. Perfect for Birthdays or St Patricks Day!
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Cream of tartar
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mixture and stir until combined.
- Refrigerate dough for 15 min.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, space dough at least 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet (or use parchment paper) and bake in 350* oven for 8-10 min.
