Hello Friends,
How are you? I have had a very busy couple of months with my family! First we were thrilled with the birth of our sweet grand daughter Saylor Anne. Isn’t she darling! What a blessing she is.
And we welcomed home our son Coleman who has been serving a two year mission for our church. It is so fun to have him home for a couple of months before he starts summer term at Brigham Young University in Provo Utah. Sadly, it is so far away from Chattanooga but he is so excited to start classes.
I have not posted a new menu plan recently but I am back with a really good one this week. Remmeber that you can always see past ones here. I hope you are enjoying these menu plans and they are helping make your life a bit easier. I would love to hear from you and value your feedback via comments on my blog, email or through social media.

Menu Plan #12
March 11-17, 2024
Monday:
Sheet Pan Roasted Italian Sausage and Vegetable Dinner is the perfect family meal for a busy week night! It comes together so fast and everyone loves it. Especially with some pesto on the side.
Tuesday:
My Big Fat Greek Tacos really takes “Taco Tuesday” to a whole new level! Your family will love this fun spin on the classic taco. I like to serve it with some fresh fruit like berries, sliced oranges or apples. So fresh and so flavorful! YUM
Wednesday:
Cobb Salad is a salad that my boys actually love. I think it is the crispy bacon. We sometimes add grilled chicken to pump up the protein. This meal just feels good to eat! It is a bright, fresh, healthy and flavorful bowl of goodness. We enjoy this hearty salad with some kind of fresh bread. Breakdsticks, French bread or even our favorite buttermilk corn bread.
Thursday:
Creamy Ranch Chicken over Rice is not the most photogenic dish but trust me your family will love this recipe. It is a pure comfort food! YUM!! I like to serve it with a crisp green salad.
Friday:
Pizza night–this week I am going to make my family these fun Quick and Easy Pizzas or have my husband pick up pizza from Marcos (he loves their pizza).
Saturday:
Date Night–out! Leftovers for whoever is home.
Sunday:
Today is St Patricks Day, Find a round up of recipes here!
Breakfast Ideas:
Sourdough Banana Muffins are so delicious and freeze beautifully. They make a great grab and go breakfast or snack during your busy week.
Snack & Dessert for the week:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars are chewy and delicious and so much better than the Quaker ones you can buy in the store. Your family will love these and you can feel good about giving them something with whole food ingredients and no additives.
Easy Key Lime Pie is on the menu for two reasons…you could serve this for St Patricks Day (Sunday) or for Pi Day (3/14). So fun and so tasty!! Other pie recipes found here
