Hello friends and happy weekend!!
Here is Weekly Menu Plan #3. I hope these roundups of recipes are helping you get some ideas for your week of feeding your family! For me that is sometimes the hardest part—just coming up with what to make! To be honest I don’t always stick to my plan, some days end up being crazy and we have cereal or friend eggs and toast..Ha!! There is always another day to make dinner, right?!
I would love to hear from you and value your feedback on my posts. Please leave a comment on my blog, or social media posts. I am on Instagram here, Facebook here and Pinterest here.
I hope you have a great week filled with good meals that gather your family together.

Menu Plan #3
Monday:
Deconstructed Sushi Bowl--this is extremely adaptable to your preferences and what you have on hand. I keep tuna steaks in the freezer for this but my husband likes it with chicken. You could also use shrimp
Tuesday:
Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos–we love these! I like to double the chicken filling and store the extras in the freezer for next time I make them. These are great with Instant Pot Refried Beans and fresh salsa (try this one minute salsa in the blender–so good!!)
Wednesday:
Rustic Cabbage Soup. This is such a wonderful healthy and comforting soup! Serve with breadsticks, sourdough bread or pumpkin cream cheese muffins.
Thursday:
Italian Pepperocini Roast –This is a family favorite–served on crusty rolls toasted with provolone cheese on top. Serve with some fresh fruit and massaged kale salad or quick veggies (like carrots and ranch).
Friday:
Pizza night–recently, we usual order one but there are lots of fun pizza recipes here
(including these Pizza Rolls)
Saturday:
Date Night–out!
Sunday:
Instant Pot Butter Chicken –easy recipe but tastes like you picked up takeout from an Indian restaurant!
Serve with store bought or homemade Naan (like these ones–yum!!
Breakfast Ideas:
Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal with Cream Cheese Drizzle (I am excited for this–SOOO good!! ) I like to make this and keep it in the fridge to quickly heat up during the week for breakfasts!
Snack & Dessert for the week:
No Bake Energy Balls–with lots of variations! Our favorite is the Peanut Butter mini m&ms!
Crispy Chewy Oatmeal Cookies–these are the perfect oatmeal cookie and they freeze beautifully! I like to keep them in the freezer to pop into lunches during the week.
