Hello friends and happy weekend!!
Here is Weekly Menu Plan #2. I hope these roundups of recipes are helping you get some ideas for your week of feeding your family! For me that is sometimes the hardest part—just coming up with what to make! To be honest I don’t always stick to my plan, some days end up being crazy and we have cereal or friend eggs and toast..Ha!! There is always another day to make dinner, right?!

Monday:
Baked Greek Chicken, serve with Mediterranean Yellow Rice , and Naan (make or pick up at the store)
Tuesday:
The BEST Lentil Soup–I love this soup! Super healthy and leftovers make a great lunch later!
Serve with Buttermilk Cornbread, or Cheddar and Chive Savory Scones or Grandma’s Easy French Bread
Wednesday:
Eggroll in a Bowl Serve with fresh orange slices. Easy and so yummy!!
Thursday:
One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta
( This is a family favorite–add grilled chicken, ground Italian sausage, meatballs or pan fried shrimp, if you want)
Friday:
Pizza night–recently, we usual order one but there are lots of fun pizza recipes here
(including this Hot Pizza Dip)
Saturday:
Date Night–out!
Sunday:
Southern Biscuits and Gravy ( This recipe is the BEST from my friend sweet Mary Bess)
Serve with Green Smoothies–yum!!
Breakfast Ideas:
Waffles of Insane Greatness (Have you tried these yet? SOOO good!! )
Snack & Dessert for the week:
Homemade Applesauce in your Instant Pot (this is the one I have and love)
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Streusel cake–for the start of Fall–YAY!!
Bonus dessert: Gourmet Peanut Butter and Chocolate Rice Krispy Treats
