We are headed to Utah to visit family for Christmas and attend our sweet Grandson’s baby blessing. I know there will be plenty of family time and we always need a good snack while we play games, watch a bowl game or a movie. I will definitely be making this dip—The BEST creamy bean dip ever. I am not kidding. It is so easy to make and so darn tasty! I think the key is the cream cheese. This is hands down my favorite bean dip.

Ingredients
- 1, 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (or one cup of salsa)
- 1 – 2 tsps taco seasoning
- 1 cup (more if you want) of grated cheese
- *Optional: Diced jalapeños (fresh or jarred), if you like it hot!!
Instructions
- Add cream cheese and refried beans to a small pot. Heat over medium heat until combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir over medium heat until melted.
- Remove from heat. I like to put it in a dish and sprinkle with cheese, and broil for minute to melt. Then sprinkle on some cilantro, diced avocado and chopped tomatoes, if I have it on hand. YUM!
