Ingredients

- 4 cups rolled oats (use gluten free oats to make this recipe gluten free)
- 1 cup coconut (optional)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Combine all ingredients together pour onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely before storing in a closed container.
