Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (plus a tablespoon of course ground mustard if desired)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup +an optional additional 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil ( avocado oil or vegetable oil may be substituted)
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a jar and shake well until you can’t see any honey on the bottom of the jar.
- You can adjust the flavors to your liking–sweet (honey), sour (vinegar) and salt to taste.
- Keep for 3 weeks in the fridge in an airtight jar.
Recipe Notes:
- I sometimes like to add a tablespoon of course ground mustard–I like the extra flavor and the look
- Measure your oil into the jar first and then the honey–that way the honey slides right out!
- Add an additional 1-2 Tablespoons of oil, if you want the dressing a little more mild
