- 1/2–1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
