Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
  • 12 cups greens (I use spinach and kale)
  • 1 serving of protein shake mix (I like Nature’s Bounty Chocolate or Vanilla Protein and Vitamin Shake Mix)
  • 1/2 TB almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 57 ice cubes (use less if your banana and kale are frozen)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cubes or milk/water to get the consistency you like.
