Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- 1–2 cups greens (I use spinach and kale)
- 1 serving of protein shake mix (I like Nature’s Bounty Chocolate or Vanilla Protein and Vitamin Shake Mix)
- 1/2 TB almond or peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- 5–7 ice cubes (use less if your banana and kale are frozen)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cubes or milk/water to get the consistency you like.
