This last week was pretty awesome for our family. My oldest son Connor, returned from a two year mission for our church. He served in the Florida Tallahassee Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It has been so fun to have him home again, especially since our second son leaves for a mission soon. The last dinner Connor requested before he left was Alfredo sauce with grilled chicken over pasta so I thought it was a good dinner to welcome him home with too! This recipe is so easy to make. It comes together quickly with just a few simple ingredients. It is a rich dish, so we don’t have it very often but when we do EVERYBODY LOVES it!! I like to grill some chicken to add to the pasta. You could also serve it with sautéed vegetables, meatballs, Italian sausage, or shrimp.
Our first dinner with all seven of us together in two years!!
Good food and great conversation–it was the perfect night!
Simple, easy, and incredibly delicious! You can’t go wrong serving this simple Alfredo sauce! Perfect with some grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and this caesar salad! You could add these breadsticks if you are in the mood! YUM!
