Instructions
- Peel carrots.
- Using a paring knife, cut a wedge out of the top the length of the carrot.
- Remove the wedge.
- Use a vegetable peeler to shave off the sharp edges created when the wedge was removed.
- Then shave each side of the cylindrical bottom until they meet in a point. You should now have a long heart shaped carrot. Slice it and repeat the steps on the rest of your carrots. Enjoy!
