- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 TB brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until well blended. Spoon into a large piece of plastic wrap, shape into a ball. Freeze for at least an hour. If freezing overnight, that at room temperature for 15 minutes before continuing. Roll in a mixture of the two kinds of chips. Cover again with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with pretzels, chocolate grahams, vanilla wafers or plain cookies.
