Ingredients

- 2 Tb paprika
- 2 Tb chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 3–4 lb whole chicken, cut up OR 8-10 thighs and/or drumsticks
- 1 cup Famous Daves BBQ sauce, for basting
Instructions
- Combine spices and rub onto chicken. Either you can grill immediately or let rest in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Heat grill to medium heat and oil grates. Grill chicken covered, turning occasionally to prevent charring, for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear (pierce thickest piece to the bone to test). During last 5 minutes of cooking, baste chicken with your favorite bbq sauce.
