I never used to buy Bisquick mix until my sweet sister Erin introduced me to these garlic cheese biscuits…now I always have some on hand specifically for this! The recipe is just so easy, it’s ridiculous and my family LOVES them! They make ever dinner better! From Bisquick:

- Bisquick baking mix
- milk
- garlic powder
- shredded cheddar cheese
- butter
- dried parsely
- garlic salt

These are quick and easy drop biscuits that are just like the ones you get at Red Lobster!
Ingredients

- 2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix (such as Bisquick or Jiffy)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Mix together Bisquick, garlic powder and milk just until moistened. Fold in cheese.
Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned.
Combine melted butter with garlic salt and parsley and brush over each biscuit. Serve immediately.

I always buy that seafood restaurant mix for garlic cheddar biscuits,not anymore! This is just as easy,it’s cheaper&tastes much better!

Mmm! I’ll have to try making these. I’ve had them at your house, Britt, and I love them! They remind of me the Red Lobster cheese biscuits… except better. When they are fresh out of the oven, they are positively addictive. 🙂

I’m the same as you – I only ever use bisquick for this particular biscuit recipe, and one other quiche recipe, and that’s all I ever use it for. 🙂 But having it on hand is totally worth it! 🙂
